Weekend Pilates Classes in Leeds
Adding more weekend Pilates classes to our timetable has always been a plan for Chapel Allerton Pilates. We are delighted to welcome some exceptional new teachers to our world-class teaching team.
New weekend classes
Starting Saturday, 18th February, at 9 am and 12 pm mixed-level Reformer class with Rowanne.
And, beginning Sunday, 19th February 9 am Rise and Shine Reformer all levels with Charlotte.

Tuesday Morning 10:30am Reformer with Louise
Wednesday 10.30am Reformer with Kate
Thursday 8.30pm mixed Reformer Louise
We are expanding some of our popular gyms with Claire to have up to five people in them. As you know Claire works hard to educate the next generation of teachers and has a hand picked team who work along side her. This extra pair of hands and being able to expand into our 121 room means we have the capacity to fulfil the demand.

Pilates is well known for its unique mind-body benefits, offering a range of dynamic, extremely functional exercises that focus on strengthening your core postural muscles to support the spine and balance the body. As a sportsperson, you can add to that list injury reduction, speeding up your recovery time, improving range of motion, breathing, and better whole body efficiency so you can crack on and enjoy your chosen sport.
Our new Monday evening class will offer mat work, spring wall work and a combination of the two together, along with Pilates inspired ideas for warming up and cooling down so you have tools to take home with you and integrate into your training regime.
