Sarah Stonier

Pilates is for everyone whatever age or ability, with small changes you can always gain improvements both in body and mind.

Sarah Stonier is passionate about movement and helping people achieve their movement potential.

Sarah has been involved in fitness for over 25 years, coming from a Martial Arts and Personal Training background. She first discovered Pilates around 25 years ago following a back injury. A regular Pilates practice was a huge factor in her recovery, but the strength she developed and improved balance meant she could move much easier than before.
