Louise Cooke

Only do what feels good for your body today, don’t be scared to ask for an alternative as there will always be other variations.

Louise Cooke first fell in love with Pilates when she was pregnant, specifically when the prenatal class she attended became the highlight of her week!

Over the following years, Louise enjoyed regular Pilates classes and loved how Pilates helped her grow stronger and more aligned in her body. In addition, Pilates left Louise feeling calm yet energised.

Pilates classes

Louise completed her comprehensive Pilates training in 2019, including all of the apparatus, including Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Mat. Louise teaches group classes as well as 1-2-1 sessions. Louise aims to help clients leave her Pilates classes feeling realigned, calm yet energised!

Louise’s Pilates work perfectly compliments her other role as a Respiratory Physiotherapist, where she works with people with long-term oxygen needs.

When Louise is not working, you’ll find her spending as much time outdoors as possible; gardening, running, cycling, or camping with my family.
