I stumbled upon Pilates by chance during the pandemic. With my physiotherapy appointment cancelled, my therapist suggested I try their online Pilates classes. I was hesitant, having tried other forms of exercise without much success, but I quickly noticed positive changes in my body.

After just a month of practicing Pilates twice a week, I felt more focused and energizsed, and my posture and movement improved significantly. I became more aware of my body’s capabilities and started to believe in my potential for recovery.

I am a certified Mat Pilates teacher in Sheffield, UK, and have apprenticed at Chapel Allerton Pilates in Leeds for six months to deepen my understanding of the Pilates equipment. I love the benefits Pilates brings to my daily life, whether it’s standing in a queue or hiking with my dog.
