Our Pre-natal Pilates class are suitable from week 12 of pregnancy. Pilates in pregnancy teaches important breathing and relaxation techniques, birth positions, pelvic floor exercises and improves your posture and general well-being.
We designed our Pre-Natal Pilates classes to help you through birth and recovery. Cliare Sparrow is a Whole Body Pelvic Health expert who has led pioneering work into pelvic health. During these pregnancy Pilates classes you will discover your pelvic floor and learn how to eliminate stress on your abdominal muscles.
You can feel reassured that your safety is our primary concern and we ask that you always listen to your own body. Our pregnancy Pilates classes use bespoke wedges which meet the NHS and NICE guidelines for exercise during pregnancy and the class incorporates our unique Springwall studio.
