Pur post-pregnancy Pilates classes targets posture, pelvic floor, and full-body reconditioning. Taught by a pelvic health specialist this class is suitable for those looking to improve issues with diastasis recti ( separated abdominal muscles)and post-birth pelvic trauma.

Exercise after birth

This is why Pilates is a fantastic low-impact exercise that specifically targets the areas that need the most attention following your baby’s birth.
