These machines provide resistance and support to help you perform Pilates exercises safely and effectively. We also have a dedicated Springwall studio and one-to-one rooms.

Scheduling flexibility: At Chapel Allerton Pilates we offer a variety of classes at different times during the day and evening across seven days.
